In a context of processes digitalization and dematerialization, the development, or even strengthening, of anti-gift laws in France and internationally, can lead to increased risks in event management and transparency.
To meet the expectations of their customers confronted with these evolutions, BMI SYSTEM and EVENIUM are launching an “End to end” offer guaranteeing support, global synchronization, follow-up and compliance control at each stage of their events management.
Upstream, this solution ensures event organization, automated logistics management, processing, validation of files and declarations to the competent authorities. In a second step, it makes it possible to check proofs of attendance, declarations of implementation, payment of expenditure, financial reporting and publication of transparency.
