Improved design for a seamless experience
ConnexMe’s new layout offers a centralized view of the video stream and live comment feeds, side by side – no need to have a separate window for chat or Q&A. The live feed is featured next to the video feed so it’s easy to watch a presentation or video stream while posting a comment or asking a question. Participants can comment and participate without missing a second of what is happening onstage or on screen.
You can also personalize icon and link colors in ConnexMe so they match the color scheme of your brand or event theme.

Accessibility for persons with visual impairments
Attendees with a form of visual impairment, from mild to severe, can now receive spoken feedback or a description of information that is presented visually in ConnexMe. When activating VoiceOver (iOS) or TalkBack (Android) and touching the screen on an icon, image, link/button, or text, the assistive technology will read the information out loud.
Our improved accessibility feature is designed to help ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy and benefit from the event experience.
Help participants find their next session easily
For a seamless event experience, participants are now informed when their next session is about to begin. They just click on the notification to be automatically sent to the right room.
The list of rooms is further improved to show the title of an ongoing session so participants can easily browse the various sessions.
